about
This song is based on the works of Friedrich Nietzsche in "Thus Spoke Zarathustra", this song is a cry for growth.
There is terror waiting in the mind for those who dare to go past our pre constructed ideals of the world. The pre constructions being our opinions, believes, likes and dislikes, and interpretations of experiences that we each individually cling to and say to our selves, "this is what makes me, me." Choosing to expand or REWIRE our current sense of self takes courage and is difficult, but is always possible. If you find your self to be something less than what you dream, dare to push past the bounds of your current mental prison.
Jump my friends.
lyrics
When you heard the news that god was dead you said, you feel like dying.
But you can do anything you wanna do?
Slide your hands down your dress.
Your feeling so much better baby, you where young again!
Who took that from you?
O... I hope you jump.
It took two WHOLE hours just to get you a drink, (so you'd claim down)
The perspective was, nothing was, what it was.
Stop your shaking baby, you were saying nothing
but.
I love you...
(O no....Who said that?)
Yes, I love you till the end...
................................................................................................................................
And we are just ants without destiny's
I used to dance for you, but now you'll dance for me...
In the pale moon light while the darkened streaks, they get MY eyes right.
I'm seeing you clearly for the first time....
and i see us all stop believing...
................................................................................................................................
O... I hope you jump.
So go ahead go past the horizon, YOUR MIND IT WILL REWIRE!
Everything will put it self back to place.
You don't need nothing to hold you up. YOUR A PERSON JUST THE SAME.
Pull up your stakes and put them down in YOUR OWN NAME!!!!
O... I hope you jump.
